Return Policies
We do not offer any refund on orders once placed. While we take utmost care in transit, if the product arrives at your doorsteps in a damaged condition, please capture a clear video of the same on the same day. Send it to [email protected] and we shall send a new one to you if its contents are harmed/unusable. The customer needs to pay the shipping charges for the new shipment. Damages caused by negligence or incorrect application cannot be covered under the Returns Policy.
No exchange or return of product due to allergies/skin reactions, dislikes of fragrance or colour (some raw materials used to make products may have changed due to seasonal harvest, which might impact slight variation in colour and smell) are offered.

- All orders are shipped within 7-10 days.
- Free shipping is available on prepaid products; COD is Rs250 chargeable.
- The complete order amount including delivery charges (if any) will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
